Step 1: – First of all check your kernel version on your android device. To check kernel version of your Android device, follow these steps.
- First of all, go to setting on your android devices and scroll down to reach the end of the page in setting option.
- In the setting option, you saw that About phone option at the end of setting menu simply clicks on it.
- Now in About phone option search for kernel version and saw your kernel version will be shown in front of this option.
- Now saw kernel version here and search on google for latest kernel version if your android has a new version then no need to flash a kernel on your android device. If your phone has a lower version then you need to flash a kernel on your android phone.
Step 2: – Now search on Google for latest kernel version for your android device and download it from there in ZIP format.
Step 3: – After that copy that kernel zip on your Android device either phone memory or SD card at a specific place.
Step 4: – Now after that simply power off your android device and wait for proper shut down of your android device.
Step 5: – Now after shutting down your phone go into custom recovery on your Android device by pressing specific boot keys on your Android device to flash a new kernel on your android device.
